Cherri McConnell is the majority shareholder, Board of Directors Chairperson, and the President of M&M Trucking & Reclamation, Inc. Cherri has worked in the trucking and construction industry for over 40 years.

Jim McConnell is a shareholder, on the Board of Directors and Vice-President of the corporation. Jim has worked in construction and trucking his whole life.

Leslie Howser is a shareholder, the Secreatary of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the corporation. Leslie has over 20 years of experience in this industry and is a graduate of Columbia College where she recieved a degree in Business Management and Accounting.

Tara McConnell is the Secretary of the corporation and a valued member of the supervisory team. Tara has been with the company for 15 years, prior to the merger.
